Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients
- Present the company's products and services to potential customers
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
- Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings as required
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports for management
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of Business Development experience in the Restaurant, Café, or F&B industry
- Ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research
- Experience preparing proposals, quotations, and business presentations
- Proficiency in CRM systems

Compensation
- Pay: AED3,500.00 AED4,000.00 per month.
