Responsibilities
- Lead the finance, accounting, credit control and management reporting functions
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management accounts and variance analysis reports
- Develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts and cash flow projections
- Manage banking relationships, trade finance facilities, letters of credit and bank guarantees
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, audit and statutory requirements
- Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain audit ready documentation
- Monitor profitability by customer, product, supplier, branch and salesperson
- Identify margin leakage, slow moving inventory and operational inefficiencies
- Establish finance policies, approval matrices and delegation of authority controls
- Lead and develop the finance and accounts team
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, inventory, logistics and operations teams
- Drive automation of reporting, reconciliations, collections and cash flow monitoring
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- At least 3–5 years in a finance management role
- Strong UAE experience in trading, distribution, manufacturing, retail, or construction materials
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CMA or CPA
- Hands on experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial modelling
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, banking, trade finance and credit control
- Experience with ERP systems and financial automation tools
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; knowledge of Power Query and Power BI is preferred
- Practical understanding of AI applications in finance

- Support the development of real time dashboards for profitability, receivables, inventory and working capital monitoring.
Requirements
