Role Overview
The Recruitment Executive supports sourcing, attraction, recruitment, and onboarding operations for hotel roles.
The position promotes the hotel and brand as an employer of choice while supporting other HR functions.
Location and Compensation
- The position is located in Doha, Qatar.
- The source lists compensation as QR0 per month.
- The position is full-time and supports an onsite hotel operation.
Recruitment and Sourcing
- Support talent sourcing strategies and update recruitment trackers, headcount reports, and talent databases.
- Post vacancies, screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate reference checks.
- Communicate with department heads, hiring managers, candidates, recruitment agencies, and educational institutions.
- Use LinkedIn, the Kempinski career site, social media platforms, and job portals to source talent.
- Assist with career fairs, localisation programmes, career open days, and high-volume recruitment.
Onboarding and Travel
- Coordinate travel arrangements and flight tickets for new joiners.
