Role Overview
Land Sterling is hiring a Recruiter for its People Team in Dubai.
The primary focus is recruiting experienced and high-potential real estate agents for the brokerage team.
The role may also support recruitment for Building Consultancy, Valuations, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Operations, and corporate functions.
Employment and Compensation
- The position is full-time.
- Salary is AED 10,000–12,000 per month depending on experience.
- The expected start is immediate or within the next few weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, headhunt, screen, interview, and recruit real estate agents and brokers.
- Build candidate pipelines and a network of Dubai-based real estate professionals.
- Use LinkedIn, Bayut, social media, referrals, databases, and direct outreach to identify candidates.
- Assess candidate experience, performance, market knowledge, earnings, commission structures, goals, and motivations.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, pre-employment documentation, and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, communications, targets, and hiring timelines.
