Role Overview
Land Sterling is seeking ambitious people who want to build a long-term career, network, and reputation in Dubai real estate.
The opportunity is open to experienced agents and motivated newcomers seeking to enter Dubai real estate.
What You'll Do
- Make daily calls to potential landlords and sellers.
- Conduct property market appraisals.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Stay up to date with market insights and trends.
- Build trust through regular communication and transparent client relationships.
What You'll Need
- A strong background in sales or client-facing roles, or experience in high-end service industries such as cabin crew or luxury retail.
- A genuine passion for real estate and ambition to grow property knowledge.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Self-motivation, a results-driven mindset, and a proactive, energetic, collaborative approach.
- Fluent English and a valid driving license.
Compensation and Support
- Commission is paid monthly, with up to 70% commission and uncapped earning potential.
