- Balance cash register at end of shift
- Receive incoming telephone calls and take appropriate actions such as bookings
- Liaise with therapists regarding bookings and cancellations
- Thank visitors upon departure and invite them to return
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Requirements
- Ability to greet visitors warmly and professionally
- Experience in cashiering and handling transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to promote services and upsell
- Familiarity with spa or health club operations preferred

Position Summary
- The incumbent is responsible for welcoming guests and members to the Health Club and providing assistance during their visit to meet or exceed expectations while adhering to service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greets all visitors to the Spa and Wellness Centre in a warm and sincere manner, invites them to sign the consultation form.
- Provides assistance such as lockers, towels, bathrobes or information concerning services and facilities.
- Promotes memberships by providing information and offering tours; assists new members with application forms.
- Handles all Spa cashier transactions such as Retail, daily Spa revenue or other fees and issues receipts.
- Targets must be reached; direct responsibility for revenue via upselling, bookings and retail.
- Balances the cash register at the end of the shift.
- Receives all incoming telephone calls according to hotel standards, takes appropriate actions such as booking.
- Liaises with therapists in case of bookings and/or cancellations.
- Thanks visitors upon departure and invites them to return.
- Completes daily, weekly and monthly reports with details.
Requirements
- Hygiene standards are strictly monitored and followed.
- Quality audit results are 85% and above.
- When all Spa guests are 100% satisfied with the Spa services.
- Receptionist must be very professional and create an experience for the guests.
