- Welcome and assist showroom visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information, answer inquiries, and direct customers to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Manage incoming calls, transfer calls, take messages, and schedule appointments as required
- Ensure visitors are informed of expected waiting times and are made comfortable during their visit
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distribution, and courier coordination
- Perform clerical and administrative duties such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance
- Prepare and maintain files, forms, applications, and informational materials
- Support showroom operations by maintaining an organized, clean, and presentable reception and waiting area
- Assist with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and visitor accommodations when required
- Provide administrative support and cover for clerical staff as needed
- Communicate any operational concerns or customer issues to the Showroom Supervisor promptly
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Showroom Supervisor or Sales Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, customer service, or secretarial role
- Bachelor's Degree
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain composed and adaptable in a fast paced environment
