- Prepare quotations, explain pricing, financing options, and discounts
- Conduct follow ups with potential and existing customers to maintain strong business relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office applications
- Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self motivated, target oriented, and customer focused

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and identify their vehicle requirements and preferences.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, and performance to customers.
- Promote company services including car registration, insurance, and after sales support.
- Recommend optional accessories and additional products to customers.
- Achieve sales targets set by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director and Sales Manager.
- Prepare quotations, explain pricing, financing options, and discounts.
- Advise customers regarding current and upcoming vehicle models and availability.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New Car Storekeeper and relevant departments.
- Work closely with the Customer Relations Representative for vehicle registration and insurance processing.
- Conduct follow ups with potential and existing customers to maintain strong business relationships.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or Branch Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self motivated, target oriented, and customer focused.
