Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and distribute automotive parts to retail and workshop counters
- Process parts orders, shipping orders, and requisitions accurately
- Organize and store inventory on racks, shelves, and bins
- Move materials between receiving, storage, and designated locations
- Pick, assemble, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch
- Label and identify materials using appropriate marking methods
- Open and inspect shipments, crates, and containers safely
- Record and maintain accurate documentation of materials received and distributed
- Count and verify inventory to ensure compliance with standards
- Update inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Prepare parcels and shipments for mailing or delivery
- Support Warehouse Supervisor and National Parts Manager with additional tasks
Requirements
- High School Certificate or Diploma
- Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse, stores, or parts distribution
- Basic computer skills to update inventory records
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to handle physical warehouse activities

Job Overview
- As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing automotive parts efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience
- High School Certificate or Diploma.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse, stores, or parts distribution role.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to update inventory records.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment and handle physical warehouse activities.
- Team oriented with a proactive and responsible work ethic.
