Position Details

Duties
- Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls.
- Schedule appointments, tests, and visits.
- Maintain schedules for assigned personnel.
- Perform clerical support, including word-processing and typing routine correspondence.
- Photocopy documents and materials.
- Port and distribute mail.
