About the Role

  • The Receptionist manages the reception as the first point of contact for the office and provides business operations and administrative support to the FM team.
  • Supports the FM team to successfully deliver FM services at the site as per agreement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Reception is covered without fail during working hours.
  • Provide Superior Customer Service and actively assist to ensure compliance of the Reception SLA’s.
  • Maintain security and safety standards, ensuring visitors are recorded in logbook, escorted and contractors do not have access without authorization.
  • Maintain the record of all files and documents and monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Be fully conversant with the reporting procedures for any non conformance / incident in relation to H&S and first aid.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
  • Proficient computer skills, Knowledgeable in SAP, FMP, Lenel System.
  • Experience in FM corporate environment.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Administration skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
