- Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact
- Oversee the delivery of hard and soft FM services in line with contractual requirements and service standards
- Manage account budgets, forecasts, financial performance, and cost optimization initiatives
- Supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Lead, develop, and motivate operational teams across multiple locations
- Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support business growth through service enhancement and value added solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of Facilities Management experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM services
- Experience managing multi site operations, budgets, and client relationships
- Excellent leadership, communication, financial management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM/IWMS systems
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
