About The Role

  • The Account Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services across multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, financial performance, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role acts as the primary client contact,

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact
  • Oversee the delivery of hard and soft FM services in line with contractual requirements and service standards
  • Manage account budgets, forecasts, financial performance, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead, develop, and motivate operational teams across multiple locations
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support business growth through service enhancement and value added solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of Facilities Management experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM services
  • Experience managing multi site operations, budgets, and client relationships
  • Excellent leadership, communication, financial management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM/IWMS systems
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
