About the Role
CBRE Excellerate is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee FM service delivery at client locations in Dubai. The role includes managing contractual relationships, financial performance, and maintenance of critical systems.

Responsibilities
- Manages contractual relationships and works with the Client’s Representative to assure excellent service delivery to Client’s locations; reviews and monitors performance in line with agreed KPI or SLA
- Coordinate client performance reviews against agreed outputs on a monthly basis
- Accountable for the financial performance of site service delivery
- Ensure that essential site soft and hard services PPM and remedial works are completed
- Ensure that critical systems (UPS, FM200, Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, M&E, HVAC) and non critical systems and equipment are properly maintained
- Manage suppliers and service providers supporting site operations
- Assist in raising and managing purchase orders, work orders, e logbooks, harbour calls, and related processes
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 9 years’ experience in Facilities Management, or a supervisory role within a related service environment
- Experience in contract management and performance measurement
- Excellent commercial understanding, including P&L and budget responsibility
- Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills
- PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft systems, with experience in PPM and FM software systems such as CAFM

About The Role
- The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for the delivery of all aspects of the facilities management scope of services to ensure a consistent and high level service delivery through developing an excellent relationship (partnership) with the internal client and external suppliers.
