About the Role

  • The Receptionist manages the reception as the first point of contact and provides business operations and administrative support to the FM team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Reception is covered without fail during working hours
  • Provide Superior Customer Service and ensure compliance of the Reception SLAs
  • Maintain security and safety standards, ensuring visitors are recorded and escorted
  • Maintain records of all files and documents and monitor office supplies inventory
  • Be conversant with reporting procedures for non conformance/incident in relation to H&S and first aid

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of two years of related experience
  • Proficient computer skills, knowledgeable in SAP, FMP, Lenel System
  • Experience in FM corporate environment
  • Customer service skills
  • Administration skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
