- Greet visitors and customers, provide assistance, answer inquiries, and direct them appropriately
- Operate the telephone system, relay calls, take messages, schedule appointments, and assist with customer inquiries
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and coordinate outgoing correspondence
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, light typing, and maintaining records and documentation
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception and waiting areas
- Assist with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and visitor accommodations as required
- Provide administrative support and cover clerical duties when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist, secretarial, or administrative role
- Fluency in English
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service orientation
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and customers, provide assistance, answer inquiries, and direct them appropriately.
- Ensure guests are comfortable and informed about expected waiting times.
- Operate the telephone system, relay calls, take messages, schedule appointments, and assist with customer inquiries.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and coordinate outgoing correspondence.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, light typing, and maintaining records and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain files, forms, and information materials.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception and waiting areas.
- Assist with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and visitor accommodations as required.
- Provide administrative support and cover clerical duties when necessary.
- Report any issues or concerns to the Showroom Supervisor.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Showroom Supervisor or Sales Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist, secretarial, or administrative role.
- Previous experience in a customer facing environment is preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service orientation.
