Job Description

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a front-facing, fast-paced showroom environment and takes pride in creating strong first impressions.

You will be responsible for managing reception operations, assisting walk-in customers, coordinating front desk communication, and supporting the sales team.

Front Desk Operations & Guest Experience

  • Greet and assist all customers and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and showroom inquiries, directing them appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and showroom area at all times.

Administrative & Sales Team Support

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for the sales team.
  • Provide administrative support including document management, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations.

Customer Service Excellence

  • Deliver high standards of hospitality and customer service across all interactions.
  • Address customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, host, or front desk role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished and professional presence.
  • Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and manage a busy reception area.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
