Role Overview
Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist for its office team in Dubai.
The role manages front-desk activities, creates a welcoming experience for clients and visitors, and provides basic administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, visitors, and business partners and manage incoming telephone calls.
- Maintain the reception area, visitor registers, visitor access, appointments, meetings, and meeting-room bookings.
- Receive and distribute mail, courier packages, and documents.
- Provide printing, scanning, photocopying, filing, and basic data-entry support.
- Coordinate with accounting, HR, administration, and other departments.
- Maintain stationery supplies, records of calls and visitors, and confidential information.
- Support administrative staff with routine office tasks and other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Office Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office applications.
