Role Overview
- RHK Properties is looking for motivated Sales Agents who are open to starting or shifting their career into real estate.
- Previous real estate experience is an advantage, but not required.
- We are building a new age, brand driven sales team where agents are trained, supported, and guided to become strong client advisors.
Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate
- Fresh graduate, fresher, or career shifter with strong interest in sales
- Background in BPO Sales, Banking, Insurance, Automotive, Retail, or Customer Service is preferred
- Strong English communication skills
- Confident, coachable, and willing to learn
- Target driven and motivated by commission based earning potential
- Comfortable speaking with clients and handling follow ups
- Presentable, professional, and energetic
- Able to commute and work in Dubai
- Open to a performance driven real estate sales environment
