- Manage end to end sales of secondary properties
- Follow up and convert inquiries and leads into successful deals
- Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and negotiations
- Advise clients on pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities
- Close deals and manage the full transaction process
- Coordinate with developers, banks, and legal teams when required
- Participate in property marketing campaigns
- Create or appear in social media and video content when needed
- Build your personal brand while representing RHK Properties professionally
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to company growth
Requirements
- Currently working as a Real Estate Agent, Property Consultant, Broker Representative, or similar sales role
- Experienced in property sales, client handling, negotiation, and closing
- Strong English communication and presentation skills
- Confident, professional, and target driven
- Comfortable working in a commission heavy earning structure
- Open to building a long term career in Dubai real estate
- Presentable and comfortable with personal branding or social media visibility
- Able to work from Dubai and manage client meetings/viewings professionally

Role Overview
- RHK Properties is expanding its sales team and looking for confident, driven, and experienced Real Estate Agents.
