About The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven **Listing & Operations Administrator** to support our growing real estate operations in Dubai.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role at the core of our business — responsible for ensuring property listings are accurate, complete, compliant, and published on time across major portals.

You will play a key role in keeping the listing pipeline moving efficiently while coordinating closely with media, sales, PRO, and operations teams.

We are transparent about the nature of this role: it is demanding, deadline-driven, and requires strong structure, composure, and consistency under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for keeping the listing and operations engine running smoothly:
  • Create, upload, and maintain property listings across portals such as **Bayut and Property Finder**
  • Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and fully compliant before publication
  • Coordinate property media (photography and videography) with internal teams
  • Monitor turnaround time from shoot to live listing (target: within 48 hours)
  • Perform basic quality checks and light photo editing (Canva / Lightroom)
  • Manage inbound calls and enquiries, ensuring proper routing to relevant team members
  • Maintain an organised listing pipeline and clear backlogs promptly
  • Flag operational blockers early with clear context and proposed solutions
  • Submit daily operational reports by end of day (Dubai time)

Who We Are Looking For

  • Minimum **2 years’ experience** in real estate admin, listings, or operations (UAE experience is a strong advantage)
  • Highly organised, self-managing, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment
  • Calm under pressure with strong multitasking ability
  • Excellent written and spoken **English (required)**
  • Experience with **Bayut, Property Finder, Canva, Lightroom, CRM, and spreadsheets**
  • Strong professional communication and problem-solving mindset
  • Able to raise issues constructively with solutions, not complaints

This is a high-responsibility operational role in a fast-moving environment.
