About the Role
RHK Properties is seeking an experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of real estate brokerage operations in Dubai. The role involves managing daily accounting, VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, property transfers, goAML reporting, and administrative support.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including invoicing, receipts, payments, petty cash, and expense tracking
- Maintain accurate financial records, reports, and documentation for company transactions
- Handle VAT preparation, filing, reconciliation, and compliance in line with UAE regulations
- Assist with Corporate Tax documentation, records, and compliance requirements
- Support real estate property transfer processes, including documentation, payment coordination, and transaction tracking
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate brokerage regulations and company policies
- Manage goAML related reporting, recordkeeping, and compliance coordination when required
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, government entities, developers, clients, and internal teams
- Monitor commission records, agent payouts, receivables, and payables
- Prepare financial reports, account statements, and management reports as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a real estate brokerage company in Dubai/UAE
- Strong understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements
- Knowledge of real estate transfers, brokerage operations, commission structures, and transaction documentation
- Familiarity with goAML and compliance procedures is highly preferred
- Good knowledge of accounting software, MS Excel, and financial reporting
- Must be currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai

Compensation
- Pay: AED5,000.00 AED7,000.00 per month
