- Source and screen candidates for different roles
- Coordinate interviews and follow ups
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Support onboarding and employee documentation
- Assist with HR admin and daily HR operations
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
- Coordinate with internal managers regarding hiring updates
- Support HR processes related to visa documentation, employee files, and compliance
Requirements
- Currently based in Dubai or UAE
- Experience in HR and recruitment
- Can handle sourcing, screening, coordination, onboarding, and basic HR admin
- Strong communication and confident personality
- Salary expectation within AED 6,000–8,000
- Available for onsite work in Dubai
- Notice period ideally immediate to 30 days
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, or visa documentation is an advantage
- Experience hiring for sales, real estate, admin, or operations roles is a plus
- Russian, Hindi, or Urdu language skills are an advantage

Job Description
- RHK Properties is looking for an experienced HR cum Recruiter to support our growing team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in both recruitment and basic HR operations, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding support, HR documentation, and day to day HR admin tasks.
- We are looking for someone confident, organized, and professional, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle both candidates and internal hiring managers effectively.
