- Coordinate property handover appointments with owners, tenants, and relevant stakeholders
- Conduct pre handover inspections to ensure units are completed as per quality standards
- Prepare and verify handover documentation, checklists, warranties, manuals, and related records
- Explain property features, facilities, and operational procedures to customers during handover
- Identify, record, and track defects/snagging issues and coordinate rectification
- Ensure all required approvals, permits, and compliance requirements are completed before handover
- Maintain accurate records of handover activities and customer communications
- Follow up on post handover issues and ensure timely resolution
- Liaise with Sales, Customer Service, Facilities Management, Construction, and Finance departments
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns professionally
