- Allocate duties and ensure tasks are completed as per schedule
- Monitor the quality of cleaning and ensure compliance with standards
- Train new staff on cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety protocols
- Inspect work areas regularly and address any issues or gaps
- Maintain cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory levels
- Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and tools
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or health hazards promptly
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Prepare work reports and updates for management
- Handle staff attendance, performance, and discipline when required
