Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in assigned areas, including guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back of house facilities
- Clean, dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces according to established procedures
- Replenish guest supplies, amenities, and housekeeping inventories as required
- Change bed linens, towels, and other room furnishings in accordance with company standards
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and safety hazards to the relevant department promptly
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of completed tasks, lost and found items, and housekeeping supplies
- Support team members and assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by the supervisor
