Role Description

  • As a Real Estate Recruitment Manager with RE/MAX Premier Dubai, you will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, and retaining high performing real estate agents for the company’s growing team.
  • This is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit experienced real estate agents in Dubai.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified agent candidates.
  • Approach active and potential agents through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on real estate experience, sales performance, market knowledge, and professionalism.
  • Clearly present the value of joining RE/MAX Premier Dubai, including brand strength, commission structure, support, training, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to interview, selection, offer, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new agents and ensure they understand company processes, tools, expectations, and targets.
  • Support agent retention by maintaining regular communication with agents and identifying concerns early.
  • Work with management to improve recruitment strategies, agent engagement, and retention plans.
  • Monitor recruitment performance, candidate pipeline, joining status, and retention progress.
  • Build relationships within the Dubai real estate industry to attract strong talent.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience recruiting real estate agents in Dubai.
  • Strong understanding of how real estate agents work, including commission based roles, lead generation, listings, sales, leasing, and broker performance.
  • Existing network of real estate agents or industry contacts in the UAE is highly preferred.
  • Ability to identify strong agents based on experience, transaction history, market area, communication skills, and sales mindset.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, Bayt, Indeed, Dubizzle, Property Finder, referrals, and direct outreach for agent recruitment.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Ability to explain company benefits and convince experienced agents to join.
  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate brokerage operations and agent expectations.
  • Strong follow up skills and ability to manage multiple candidates at different recruitment stages.
  • Experience in agent onboarding, engagement, or retention is an advantage.
