Responsibilities
- Specialize in the leasing and sale of commercial office space across Dubai
- Advise landlords, occupiers, investors, and corporate clients on office leasing and acquisition strategies
- Source new office leasing and sales opportunities while building a strong portfolio of available properties
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate lease and sale agreements, and manage transactions from initial inquiry through successful completion
- Develop long term relationships with landlords, developers, business owners, and corporate occupiers
- Provide clients with market intelligence, rental trends, occupancy insights, and investment recommendations
- Consistently achieve leasing, sales, and business development targets
Requirements
- Experience in commercial real estate with a focus on office leasing and/or office sales
- Knowledge of Dubai’s office market, including key business districts
- Strong understanding of office leasing structures, commercial sale transactions, and lease negotiations
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to identify occupier requirements and match clients with suitable office solutions
- Commercially minded with strong business development and networking abilities
- Self driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple client requirements simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Role Description
- Full time, on site role based in Dubai, UAE.
- Specialize in the leasing and sale of commercial office space across Dubai.
- Advise landlords, occupiers, investors, and corporate clients on office leasing and acquisition strategies.

Qualifications
- Experience in commercial real estate with a focus on office leasing and/or office sales.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s office market, including key business districts such as DIFC, Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, JLT, and other commercial hubs.
- Strong understanding of office leasing structures, commercial sale transactions, and lease negotiations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify occupier requirements and match clients with suitable office solutions.
- Commercially minded with strong business development and networking abilities.
- Self driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple client requirements simultaneously.
