Responsibilities
- Identify and secure warehouse and industrial real estate opportunities
- Represent landlords, tenants, investors, and owner occupiers in leasing and sales transactions
- Source and market warehouses, industrial units, logistics facilities, and storage properties
- Conduct property viewings, inspections, and market appraisals
- Advise clients on rental rates, investment opportunities, and market trends
- Negotiate lease agreements, sales contracts, and commercial terms
- Build and maintain relationships with logistics companies, manufacturers, distributors, investors, and industrial property owners
- Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and relationship management
- Manage transactions from initial inquiry through successful completion
- Achieve sales, leasing, and business development targets
Requirements
- Experience in commercial real estate, industrial property, warehouse leasing, brokerage, or property sales
- Strong understanding of Dubai's industrial and logistics real estate market
- Knowledge of key industrial areas such as Dubai Industrial City, JAFZA, DIP, Al Quoz, Ras Al Khor, National Industries Park, Dubai South
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self motivated, entrepreneurial, and target driven
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Existing network within logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, or commercial real estate sectors is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
