Responsibilities
- Identify and secure off market and on market land opportunities
- Build relationships with landowners, developers, investors, family offices, and institutional buyers
- Advise clients on land acquisitions, disposals, and development opportunities
- Analyze zoning regulations, plot usage, GFA potential, and development feasibility
- Source residential, commercial, mixed use, hospitality, and industrial land opportunities
- Conduct market research and provide land valuation guidance
- Negotiate land sales and acquisition agreements
- Manage transactions from initial sourcing through successful completion
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and relationship development
- Maintain an active pipeline of landowners, developers, and investors
- Meet sales and business development targets
Requirements
- Experience in land sales, development land brokerage, commercial real estate, or investment property transactions
- Strong understanding of Dubai land regulations, zoning, plot classifications, and development processes
- Existing network of developers, investors, landowners, or real estate professionals is highly advantageous
- Ability to analyze land opportunities from investment and development perspectives
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills
- Self motivated, entrepreneurial, and target driven
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field preferred

Role Description

Qualifications
- Experience in land sales, development land brokerage, commercial real estate, or investment property transactions.
- Strong understanding of Dubai land regulations, zoning, plot classifications, and development processes.
- Existing network of developers, investors, landowners, or real estate professionals is highly advantageous.
- Ability to analyze land opportunities from both investment and development perspectives.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills.
- Experience sourcing off market opportunities is preferred.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify value creation opportunities.
- Self motivated, entrepreneurial, and target driven.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
