Role Description

  • Full time, on site role based in Dubai, UAE.
  • Specialize in the leasing and sale of commercial office space across Dubai.
  • Advise landlords, occupiers, investors, and corporate clients on office leasing and acquisition strategies.
  • Source new office leasing and sales opportunities while building a strong portfolio of available properties.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiate lease and sale agreements, and manage transactions from initial inquiry through successful completion.
  • Develop long term relationships with landlords, developers, business owners, and corporate occupiers.
  • Provide clients with market intelligence, rental trends, occupancy insights, and investment recommendations.
  • Consistently achieve leasing, sales, and business development targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial real estate with a focus on office leasing and/or office sales.
  • Knowledge of Dubai’s office market, including key business districts such as DIFC, Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, JLT, and other commercial hubs.
  • Strong understanding of office leasing structures, commercial sale transactions, and lease negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to identify occupier requirements and match clients with suitable office solutions.
  • Commercially minded with strong business development and networking abilities.
  • Self driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple client requirements simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
