Next Training Academy Starts –
*2nd March 2026 and 6th April 2026.***
All new joiners receive
2 weeks of professional training
to help you build strong market knowledge and start confidently.
🚀We don’t keep new joiners in Leasing for long.
Once you complete
20 rental deals
, you’ll transition into the
Sales department
.
During this time, you’ll gain market experience, build landlord relationships, and develop a strong foundation that supports long-term success in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage property listings
- Handle tenant inquiries and conduct property viewings
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
- Negotiate rental terms and close leasing deals
- Prepare and process tenancy contracts and related documentation
- Stay updated on Dubai rental market trends and pricing
Requirements
- Sales, customer service, hospitality, or real estate background preferred
- Ready to relocate to Dubai within next 1-4 months
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, organized, and target-driven
- **Valid UAE driving license and car required**
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

- Spanish
- Professional level of English
Important Note
This is a
commission-based role with no basic salary
.
We recommend new joiners have at least
3 months of savings
when starting their real estate career.
