Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and multilingual Real Estate Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidates will be fluent in one of the following languages: Turkish, Chinese, Italian, German, or Portuguese, and will specialize in assisting international clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and investors.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
- Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities in Dubai.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
- Negotiate property deals and ensure successful closings.
- Stay updated with UAE real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
Requirements
- Fluency in **one of the following languages is mandatory**: Turkish, Chinese (Mandarin), Italian, German, or Portuguese.
- Previous experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- RERA certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).
