Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Abu Dhabi.
The role handles property listings, viewings, and client support throughout sales and leasing processes.
The position requires responsive customer service in both Arabic and English.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for and qualify leads.
- Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and legal requirements.
- Prepare necessary documentation and contracts.
- Maintain knowledge of local real estate trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Meet sales targets and build a strong network.
- Represent the company with integrity in client interactions.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid real estate license and practical knowledge of real estate regulations and practices.
- Have strong sales abilities and a proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Have customer service skills that support trust and long-term relationships.
- Understand property valuation, leasing, and transaction processes.
- Be fluent in Arabic with good spoken and written English.
- Have strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Work on-site in Abu Dhabi and manage multiple client engagements.
- Previous UAE real estate or related sales experience is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is listed at AED 857.12 to AED 14,941.60 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
