Role Description
This full-time, on-site Property Consultant | Arabic Speaker role is based in Abu Dhabi.
The role supports clients throughout their real estate journey and helps them identify suitable property options.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings and present available listings.
- Advise clients on property options based on their needs and budget.
- Respond to inquiries, manage client relationships, and follow up on leads.
- Prepare and review documentation and maintain accurate internal records.
- Coordinate with landlords, buyers, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate offers and work with the team to achieve sales targets.
- Stay current on local market trends and regulations.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in Arabic and English.
Qualifications
- Strong consulting and advisory skills are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English are required.
- Customer service, sales, and negotiation skills are required.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi property markets, local regulations, and leasing and sales processes is required.
- Prior real estate experience, office and CRM software proficiency, and a results-oriented mindset are beneficial.
- UAE residency status and a driving license are advantageous where applicable.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person and on-site in Abu Dhabi.
