The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
The role focuses on advising clients and supporting property sales and leasing transactions.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on property options and conduct property viewings.
- Guide clients through the full sales or leasing process.
- Maintain knowledge of local market trends.
- List and promote properties and respond to client inquiries.
- Prepare basic documentation related to offers and agreements.
- Follow up with leads and provide regular client updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams and support professional client service.
Qualifications
- Strong consulting and real estate skills, including property market analysis and client advising.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Solid sales skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and transaction closing.
- Relevant Abu Dhabi or UAE real estate experience is highly beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and ability to work on-site are required.
- Basic office and CRM software proficiency is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
- A UAE driving license and ability to travel to property sites are beneficial.
Work location
- Work is conducted in person and on-site in Abu Dhabi, with travel to property sites as needed.
