Role Description
Full-time, on-site Property Consultant and Arabic Speaker role based in Abu Dhabi.
Guide clients through property selection, viewings, negotiations, and closing processes.
Support a smooth and professional client experience while working with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and list properties, conduct market research, and prepare and deliver property presentations.
- Maintain knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and market trends.
- Manage client inquiries, build a client network, and coordinate with landlords and developers.
- Update CRM systems with accurate property and client information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide customer service and client communication in Arabic and English.
Qualifications
- Strong consulting and advisory skills to recommend suitable property solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proven customer service skills and a client-focused approach.
- Demonstrated sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
- Solid understanding of real estate practices, Abu Dhabi market dynamics, and regulations.
- Previous real estate or property consulting experience is highly beneficial.
- Organizational, time-management, attention-to-detail, CRM, and basic office software skills are required.
- A valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within Abu Dhabi are advantages.
Work Location
- The role is full-time and on-site in Abu Dhabi.
- The position may involve travel within Abu Dhabi for property viewings and client meetings.
