Role Description
The Property Consultant – Arabic Speaker is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
The role advises clients on properties, conducts viewings, and guides clients through the transaction process.
The consultant responds to inquiries, communicates with clients, and provides information on property features, pricing, and market trends.
Responsibilities
- Manage property listings and prepare documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide a smooth customer experience.
- Participate in sales activities and networking.
- Stay updated on local real estate regulations and developments.
Qualifications
- Strong consulting and real estate skills with the ability to provide property advice and market insights.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Sales skills including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Fluency in Arabic and good written and spoken proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and relevant local regulations.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client accounts, and maintain accurate records.
- Prior real estate or property consulting experience is preferred.
- A relevant Business, Real Estate, or related diploma or degree is an advantage.
