Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent | Arabic Speaker role based in Abu Dhabi.

The role supports property buying, selling, and leasing activities and requires service in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads.
  • Conduct property viewings and guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes.
  • Maintain knowledge of local market trends.
  • Prepare and review contracts and documentation.
  • Ensure transactions comply with relevant regulations.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer service in Arabic and English.
  • Negotiate terms and build relationships with owners, investors, and tenants.
  • Collaborate on marketing efforts, listings, and promotions.

Qualifications

  • A valid real estate license and practical real estate experience are required.
  • Strong sales skills and the ability to meet targets and close deals are required.
  • Knowledge of real property concepts and Abu Dhabi real estate regulations is required.
  • Excellent customer-service, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills are required.
  • Fluency in Arabic and good written and spoken English are required.
  • The candidate must be able to work on-site, manage multiple clients and listings, and maintain organized records.
  • Comfort using real estate CRM systems, property portals, and basic office software is required.
  • Previous UAE real estate experience is an advantage.
  • A relevant diploma or degree is preferred.

Workplace

  • The position is full-time and performed in person in Abu Dhabi.
