Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Abu Dhabi.
The agent will guide clients through prospecting, listing, marketing, viewings, negotiations, and closing.
The role requires clear communication with clients in Arabic and English.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients, conduct property tours, maintain accurate property listings, and prepare necessary documentation.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and provide market insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams and participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Adhere to local real estate regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license and practical knowledge of real property regulations and local market practices.
- Strong real estate experience in property listing, valuation, and transaction coordination.
- Proven sales ability with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent customer service, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate laws, procedures, and market trends.
- Comfort using CRM systems, property portals, and basic office software.
- Valid UAE driving license and reliable transportation for client meetings and property visits.
- Previous UAE real estate or sales experience is preferred, but candidates with relevant skills may be considered.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person in Abu Dhabi.
