- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets and commercial proposals for turnkey projects
- Develop Bills of Quantities (BoQs), scope breakdowns and structured work packages
- Prepare tender packages and manage commercial engagement with subcontractors and suppliers
- Evaluate, benchmark and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Lead value engineering initiatives to align project budgets with requirements
- Establish and maintain project cost control systems
- Manage project variations, change orders and commercial adjustments
- Develop and implement commercial strategies for variations and claims
- Interpret and administer project contracts
- Manage subcontractor commercial performance and final account settlements
- Prepare cost forecasts, cash flow projections and commercial reports
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Cost Management or Contract Administration
- Strong experience in construction related sectors such as main contracting, interior fit out, exhibition construction, MEP, infrastructure, or similar
- Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience managing project costs from tender stage through final account
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management principles
- Proven experience in variation management and contractual claims
- Advanced analytical and financial management skills
- Fluent English required

Your mission
- As a Quantity Surveyor focused on Turnkey Projects, you are responsible for the commercial success of projects from tender stage through to final account settlement.
- You lead the development of cost estimates, project budgets, commercial strategies and cost controls.
- A key part of your role is the management of variations, claims and contractual entitlements.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets and commercial proposals for turnkey projects across Spatial Experiences and Event Production.
- Develop Bills of Quantities (BoQs), scope breakdowns and structured work packages during tender and proposal phases.
- Prepare tender packages and manage commercial engagement with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Evaluate, benchmark and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Lead value engineering initiatives to align project budgets with design, technical and operational requirements.
- Establish and maintain project cost control systems.
- Manage project variations, change orders and commercial adjustments.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies for variations, extension of time claims, disruption claims and other contractual entitlements.
- Interpret and administer project contracts.
- Manage subcontractor commercial performance, including procurement support, payment assessments, variation evaluations and final account settlements.
- Prepare cost forecasts, cash flow projections and commercial reports.
- Support project teams in identifying, mitigating and managing commercial and contractual risks.
Your profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Cost Management or Contract Administration.
- Strong experience within construction related sectors such as main contracting, interior fit out, exhibition construction, MEP, infrastructure, media technology, system integration or other turnkey project environments.
- A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline is required.
- Demonstrated experience managing project costs from tender stage through project completion and final account settlement.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, contract administration, commercial management principles and claims management processes.
- Proven experience in variation management, contractual claims preparation, negotiation and resolution.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop strategic approaches to complex commercial and contractual challenges.
- Advanced analytical and financial management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent MS Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Fluent English is required. Additional languages, particularly German, are considered an advantage.
- A proactive, solution oriented mindset with strong ownership, accountability and the ability to operate effectively in dynamic project environments.
