Your Mission

  • The Strategic Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing and securing new project opportunities within the Event Production business unit.
  • The role focuses on building long term client relationships, understanding market opportunities, and successfully pursuing turnkey projects across live events, experiential installations, exhibitions, immersive experiences and brand activations.

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across the UAE, KSA and wider Middle East.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans aligned with Event Production business objectives.
  • Generate leads through networking, industry events, referrals and market research.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial approach through proposal, negotiation and contract award.
  • Work towards agreed revenue, profitability and business development targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop trusted relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as the primary commercial contact throughout the pre sales process.
  • Understand clients' strategic objectives and translate them into commercially viable project opportunities.
  • Ensure an excellent client experience from first contact through project handover.

Tender & Proposal Development

  • Collaborate with Project Directors, Design, Technical Production and Estimation teams during tender preparation.
  • Lead commercial discussions and coordinate proposal development.
  • Support pricing strategies while balancing competitiveness and profitability.
  • Ensure proposals align with client expectations and BeWunder quality standards.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, competitors and emerging opportunities.
  • Identify new market sectors, clients and strategic partnerships.
  • Maintain awareness of regional developments within live events, exhibitions and experiential marketing.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with Project Directors to ensure smooth transition from sales to project execution.
  • Support forecasting and pipeline reporting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Event Production business unit.
