Responsibilities
- Provide first line IT support for Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and workplace technologies
- Manage user accounts, devices, system access, and employee onboarding/offboarding
- Maintain device compliance and support requests through IT service management platform
- Support and maintain integrations between core business platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Personio, Float, Jira)
- Troubleshoot integrations, APIs, and automated workflows
- Develop and enhance low code automations to streamline business processes
- Support maintenance and administration of corporate WordPress website
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT systems, documentation, and internal processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar technical role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
- Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth authentication, and modern system integrations
- Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, or similar workflow tools
- Familiarity with Git version control and basic CI/CD principles
- Experience administering WordPress websites
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Fluent English

Your mission
- As an IT Support & Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of BeWunder IT environment while supporting the continuous improvement of our internal systems and workflows.
- This is a hands on position combining end user IT support with systems integration, automation, and process optimization.
- Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will provide first line technical support, maintain workplace technologies, manage user access and devices, and contribute to the development and maintenance of integrations between our core business platforms.
- You will also help identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve efficiency, and support the evolution of our digital workplace.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide first line IT support for Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and workplace technologies.
- Manage user accounts, devices, system access, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
- Maintain device compliance and support requests through our IT service management platform.
- Support and maintain integrations between core business platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365, Personio, Float, Jira).
- Troubleshoot integrations, APIs, and automated workflows to ensure reliable system performance.
- Develop and enhance low code automations to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Support the maintenance and administration of the corporate WordPress website, including user management, updates, and basic troubleshooting.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT systems, documentation, and internal processes.
- Support version control, deployment activities, and the adoption of AI powered tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity.
Your profile
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth authentication, and modern system integrations.
- Experience working with automation platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, or similar workflow tools.
- Familiarity with Git version control and basic CI/CD principles.
- Experience administering WordPress websites.

- Python knowledge is highly desirable.
- Understanding of XML, CSV, webhooks, and data mapping concepts.
- Knowledge of PHP and SOAP integrations would be an advantage.
