Overview
This is a broad technical role combining quality assurance, test automation and application support.
The role is responsible for application quality, technical troubleshooting, user support and reliable application releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using Playwright, Selenium or similar frameworks.
- Build and execute end-to-end testing strategies covering application functionality and user experience.
- Maintain and improve automated test coverage across application releases and deployments.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with development and product teams.
- Investigate test failures, identify defects and support resolution through completion.
- Perform manual and automated testing as required.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support to internal and external users.
- Diagnose application problems through debugging, log analysis and system investigation.
- Support incident and change management processes, application updates and new releases.
- Monitor application performance and identify potential technical issues.
- Support application maintenance, system updates and production environments.
- Create technical documentation and provide user support and training for applications and updates.
