Role Responsibilities
- Lead the Infrastructure and Services team while remaining hands-on with technical delivery.
- Manage software engineers, provide technical leadership, and shape software solutions to match business goals.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of software engineers and guide their career growth.
- Drive the design, development, and delivery of high-scale software solutions.
- Provide technical direction for systems processing billions of requests per day.
- Participate actively in coding, architecture discussions, and code reviews.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate product requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain high standards for software development, testing, and deployment.
- Manage infrastructure on GCP or AWS using tools such as Terraform.
Requirements
- At least eight years of professional software development experience.
- At least two years of experience in a management or technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Demonstrated experience scaling cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools within engineering workflows.
- Proficiency with Go or a background in AdTech is desirable.
