  • The role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires attendance in the office five days per week.

High-impact role at the intersection of AI, transformation, and business strategy within a leading UAE financial services company.

The role focuses on converting a portfolio of AI products into measurable financial and operational value, user adoption, and sustainable business impact.

What you will do

  • Lead value sizing, measurement, and benefits realisation across strategic AI products.
  • Develop business cases, value hypotheses, KPI frameworks, and measurement approaches for AI initiatives.
  • Partner with AI Product Owners and stakeholders to define value targets and track outcomes from development through adoption.
  • Lead business integration and change management to embed AI products into daily operations.
  • Identify process, operating model, and behavioural changes needed to unlock AI solution value.
  • Drive adoption through stakeholder engagement, user research, workshops, communications, and change initiatives.
  • Analyse performance and turn complex findings into recommendations and executive-level reporting.
  • Influence senior leaders on AI investment, prioritisation, and value creation.

Candidate profile

  • 7 to 8 years of overall strategy or management consulting experience, ideally including 2 to 5 years at a top-tier consulting firm.
  • Experience delivering transformation, value realisation, business integration, or implementation-focused engagements.
  • Financial services or banking exposure gained directly or through consulting engagements.
  • Experience building business cases, KPI frameworks, value measurement approaches, or benefits realisation frameworks.
  • Hands-on delivery mindset with personal ownership of outcomes rather than only programme management or reporting.
  • Experience with change management, business adoption, process transformation, or operating model change.
  • Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, executive communication, and autonomous working capabilities.
