An established Dubai holding company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Migration Lead for a long-term legacy system transformation.
The role is hands-on and technically leads extraction, mapping, cleansing, loading, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
Workplace and Start
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE, and is on-site.
- The target start date is immediate.
Responsibilities
- Define migration frameworks, cleansing protocols, field-level mapping rules, and validation guidelines across multiple group entities.
- Query, profile, and sanitize legacy Financials, Supply Chain, and HR database structures with database administrators.
- Lead mock runs, loading cycles, and cutover deployment using automated migration or ETL tools.
- Build automated reconciliation mechanisms to audit source-to-target data integrity, completeness, and accuracy.
- Validate target data models with vendors and stakeholders and secure formal cutover sign-offs.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of dedicated data migration leadership experience is required.
- Large-scale migration experience from legacy enterprise platforms such as Oracle EBS R12 to modern cloud or ERP platforms is required.
- Advanced SQL expertise is required.
- Deep familiarity with FIN, SCM, and HCM legacy business module schemas is required.
- Strong functional knowledge of modern ERP data models is required.
- Direct experience with enterprise ETL or data tools is required.
- An exceptional analytical mindset and strong communication skills are required.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with migration cockpits is preferred.
