About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the Quality Laboratory ensuring all materials are sampled, analyzed, recorded, and cleared per specifications
- Strengthen and improve quality sampling, inspection, and testing procedures
- Ensure warehouses have effective monitoring and controls for raw and packaging materials
- Develop suppliers to control inbound non conformances and lead quality improvement projects
- Ensure all Quality and Process Lab Instruments are calibrated and monitored
- Manage product non conformances, investigations, and preventive actions
- Support development of analytical methods for new products and materials
- Coordinate with complaint and rework management, export, and promo activities
- Represent Quality in capability trials and innovation meetings
- Ensure implementation of QMS, HACCP, Consumer Safety, Cleaning, GMP, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain 5S conditions and facilitate UMS activities
- Provide training and develop the team on quality, HACCP, GMP, and QMS
Requirements
- Experience in quality control and quality assurance in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 9001, GMP, and food safety standards
- Experience with laboratory procedures and instrument calibration
- Leadership and team development skills

Job Purpose
- The job holder will be responsible for Supply & System Quality, including Quality Control for all inbound materials and supplier improvement programs, as well as all Ex factory quality operations.
- Lead the Hygiene, HACCP Study, Factory Cleaning, Integrated Management System and External Audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Quality Laboratory ensuring all finished goods, bulk, raw and packaging materials are properly sampled, analyzed, recorded, cleared, and complying with Unilever specifications.
- Strengthen and improve quality sampling, inspection and testing procedures to avoid line failures.
- Ensure warehouses have effective monitoring and controls for raw and packaging materials.
- Develop suppliers to control inbound non conformances and lead quality improvement projects.
- Ensure all Quality and Process Lab Instruments are calibrated and monitored.
- Manage product non conformances, investigations, and preventive actions.
