- Maintain and use operational knowledge of digital support systems for quality applications
- Define Statistical Process Control methods for setting targets and limits
- Manage compliance with quality management system through audits and training
- Lead data collection and analysis for operational KPIs reporting
- Utilize SAP QM and Unilever specifications for quality purposes
- Track and trend consumer complaint data for focused improvement
- Ensure compliance with GMP and HACCP requirements in making and packing areas
- Lead improvement in packaging materials and reduction of quality downtimes
- Support implementation of procedures to control non conforming materials

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (implied by role)
- Knowledge of quality management systems and GMP/HACCP
- Familiarity with SAP QM and digital tools
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

JOB PURPOSE
- This role will be responsible for Operational Quality which includes On line Quality management of manufacturing processes.
- Key accountability in executing Digitalization and Quality support to UMS (continuous improvement).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, lead, and drive optimization and Kaizen related to top plant and quality losses.
- Maintain, develop, and use operational knowledge of various Digital support systems for Quality applications.
- Define Statistical Process Control methods for use in setting targets and limits.
- Manage and ensure compliance with the quality management system through communication, training, and audits.
- Lead data collection, analysis, and assignment to standard Quality loss trees.
- Utilize SAP QM and Unilever specifications including SAP PLM & ECC.
- Track and trend consumer complaint data to ensure focused improvement.
- Interpret, apply, and enforce all company policies, programs, regulations, and safety/Environmental rules.
- Lead the improvement in packaging materials, reduction of E incidents and Quality downtimes.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and HACCP requirements.
- Identify and develop Quality gate controls at every critical stage.
- Support implementation and verification of procedures to control non conforming materials.
Instrumentation and Analytical Support
- Implement and verify site calibration and maintenance program for inspection, measuring and testing equipment.
- Develop fool proof processes to eliminate Quality related defects.
- Implement SPC (Six sigma approach), Product/Process parameter, PFMEA.
- Lead the digitalization in QA Department.
UMS Support
- Co lead Quality Pillar activities in UMS and provide additional technical expertise.
- Facilitate UMS activities with QM members coordinating with PEs and Technical teams.
- Participate and engage with the team in generating OPLs and KAIZENS for Quality Pillar.
- Ensure and maintain 5S condition in the department.
People and Management
- Provide necessary trainings and development needs for Quality Technician and Operators.
- Develop the Quality team on inspections, analysis, decision making, reporting, communication.
- Uplift quality engagement of the employees within factory.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (implied).
- Knowledge of quality management systems, GMP, HACCP.
- Familiarity with SAP QM and digital tools.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
