Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business/accounting/finance or supply chain
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in accounts receivables, collections, or claims management
- SOCPA membership
- Experience with key information systems (Excel, SAP)
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in cross functional teams and with external stakeholders
- Multitasking and ability to work with ad hoc issues
- Strong business acumen, passion for high performance

Job Purpose
- Ensure operational excellence in end to end cash collection and claims management cycle.
- Correspond with customers to close open invoices, settle claims, resolve disputes, and reconcile balances.
- Coordinate with logistics and sales for open actions and to highlight risks or manage bad debts.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business/accounting/finance or supply chain.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience, ideally in accounts receivables, collections, or claims management.

- Experience with key information systems (Excel, SAP).
- Excellent communication skills impactful and flexible communication.
