About the Role
Unilever Food Solutions is seeking a Demand Creation Specialist to drive sales growth in the food service sector in Doha, Qatar. The role involves managing HORECA customers, building relationships, and providing culinary solutions to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage HORECA Customers to achieve sales targets and other KPIs
- Build relationships with customers to become their trusted advisor
- Provide customers with complete culinary solutions based on their needs
- Provide win win solutions for customers and UFS
- Help customers increase revenue and/or efficiency in their establishment
- Add new product listings to customers
- Promote ways to increase consumption of different SKUs
- Take calculated risks to retain customers and in negotiating contracts
- Generate flexible solutions to problems and opportunities
- Make financial profitability based decisions
- Execute marketing derived initiatives across the year
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in outdoor Food & Beverages sales
- 2+ years experience working in Doha market, Qatar
- Background in Hospitality management/ food technology/ nutrition/ hot & cold beverages
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
- Qatar Driving License

Main Responsibilities

Experiences & Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in outdoor Food & Beverages sales
- 2+ years’ experience working in Doha market, Qatar.

- Fluent in both English and Arabic
- Qatar Driving License
